Lumber prices have certainly come down off their highs earlier in the year. However, as I outline below, it will be a little while before these price reductions start to impact new housing. For the last few weeks, my husband, neighbor's and I have been going to a great event. And every week we have a great time! This is an excellent event outside that has great food trucks, a beer garden, and great live music.

Has anyone ever gone to the Evergreen Speedway at the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe?  I have and it's so much fun!

 

 

The fairgrounds (and Speedway) are located at the crossroads between US-2 and SR-522 

 

Just a few weeks ago, my friends and I went and watched the weekend races at the Speedway, and we had a really great time. Races include small cars, junior levels, and even MAC trucks! They are having another event coming up real soon, called the Summer Showdown Evergreen Speedway.
